I have been taking my son here since he was a new born, now hes four so we have had several visits and experiences over the years.. each and every one has been absolutely amazing. From the helpful staff taking the phone calls, to front desk support, to the nurses and actual doctors themselves, always very helpful and attentive. I have our primary doctor but every time I go I just schedule with which ever doctor fits my schedule best, so I have seen them all, and all of them are great, they really are, but I do want to specifically call out Dr. Gordan. Honestly, I have been in over the last couple of years with concerns on my sons health, not anything severe, but just abnormal health things here and there and she always always takes her time, listens to me, and doesn’t disregard my concerns, I am a first time mom, and I know I can be paranoid but she always takes her time which I really apperciate the love and care she pours not only into her patience but concerned parents. Overall, highly recommend this pediatric office along with all the doctors, they are all amazing!

I LOVE Dr. Vivi Tran and the staff. The staff is always so helpful and professional, and even when I call panicked or needing an urgent appointment, they always try to help and are so understanding even if I’m rambling. They really are understanding even with anxiety riddled parents.
And I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Vivi Tran. She ALWAYS remembers all the details of both my daughters’ health even if it’s been months since we’ve seen her. She also is very attentive and listens so well. She never leaves without addressing every concern and I always feel so heard. I swear she handles their care as if she sees them everyday, and she uses all information to help me understand one diagnosis or concern over another. She’s joyful and gentle with my girls; a true pediatric paragon. I love this office, and when hearing about my friend’s experiences at other offices, I am always so grateful for them.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this office. The front desk staff, back office staff and providers have all been helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. The office is clean and I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen.

Wife and I are very happy with the care and service provided by this group. They staff a number of doctors so their availability is great and their wait times are very short. Just today, we had a 10:30am appointment, arrived 15 minutes early and were seen right away. We’ve seen 3 doctors here and each of them (along with the nurses) made my daughter comfortable.

We have seen Dr. Tran and Dr. Fukami. Both extremely nice and great at listening and giving medical advice. The office staff are all friendly. I also appreciate how you can call in and speak with an advice nurse. As a first time mom who is still learning everything having an advice nurse or if it’s a weekend having a CHOC advice nurse is SO convenient. I highly recommend this place!

This is by far the best pediatricians office I’ve ever been to. They use separate sick and well waiting rooms for one. We usually see Dr. Kallah and she and the entire staff are so good with the kids and parents. They are usually very busy but you don’t wait very long for your name to be called. They have a great system.

This is the best pediatric group we’ve tried so far – short wait times, separate sick and well waiting rooms, and KIND doctors. We especially like Dr. Tosu. She’s down to earth, patient, and not quick to medicate, which I appreciate. Highly recommend this group.
